Order Policy:

24-48-hour advance notice and full payment are required upon placing all orders. All catering orders (orders accommodating over 8 individuals) require full payment and one-week advance notice. Catering service charges are applied to all catering orders. Expedited catering orders and expedited catering order changes incur an additional surcharge as outlined per catering contract. All orders needed before or after operating hours will incur a $25 service fee. All same-day orders will incur an $20 service charge and as well as a $10 per pan service fee.

We take pride in our products. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery) of your concern so that we may due our diligence to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returned goods under any circumstances after products have left our facility.

Cancellation Policy:

Miss Peaches understands that things happen and is happy to assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. Please submit change or cancellation requests along with your original invoice and/or receipt to info@misspeachesonline.com or by contacting us at 214-549-1737 with that information as soon as possible.

Orders for up to 10 guests must be canceled within 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivery date and will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be issued for failure to provide notice of cancellation within the 24-hour required timeframe.

A 25% cancellation fee of the total purchase amount will be assessed for large party orders over 10 guests and must be canceled 72 hours prior to the pick-up or delivery date. Refunds will not be issued for failure to provide notice of cancellation within the 72-hour cancellation timeframe.

In accordance with our quality and freshness standards –all unclaimed and redelivery orders due to incorrect customer information must be resolved by close of business the following day by contacting us with your invoice/receipt via email at info@misspeachesonline.com or by phone at 214-549-1737. Redelivery charges will be assessed. Please be advised that all unclaimed or incorrect delivery orders are discarded 24 hours after the original delivery date.
